It took her 9 months to sell a house.
She wasn’t happy and and didn’t close her first transaction until she made a few changes…at the 9th month mark she decided to change companies after completing Floyd Wickman’s Sweathogs.
Her first week at the new company…she wrote a sales contract. All it took was a bit of coaching, teamwork and the right environment. Her first month…1 listing under contract and two sales contracts. The numbers continued to improve.
